1. Metallica (80s)

.then I can't really name a favourite apart from Tankard (who I have a very soft spot for them) because there are a lot of inconsistencies in every band's discography. I would include depending on a given day's mood the rest of the big 4, the 2 big German bands, the other big 3 (Testament, Exodus, Overkill), Nuclear Assault, Sacred Reich, Forbidden, Demolition Hammer, Whiplash, Flotsam and Jetsam, Annihilator, oh, you get the idea.

I don't get all the Meh Tallica love. They aren't that good, the first 3 albums were killer but there are better bands around in my opinion.

I am mainly into grind but my top 10 thrash would be
